Who is responsible
Hoang Post, a Hoang Films company, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is the data controller for this site. For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The contact form collects your name, your company, your email, the type of project, an optional deadline, an optional link and your message. Nothing else. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you. We use it to reply and to run the project if you become a client.
Where it goes
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit to our own inbox, and this site is served by Cloudflare. Both act as processors; your data is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Some processing happens outside the European Union: standard contractual clauses apply through those providers.
How long we keep it
Prospect messages are kept up to two years after our last exchange. Client project data lives for the duration of the engagement plus the legal retention periods that apply to invoicing.
Your files
Rushes and project files are covered by an NDA, stored on access limited storage, and deleted on request once the project is closed.
Analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third party trackers. Anonymous audience statistics can only run if you accept them through the consent bar, and declining keeps the site fully measurement free.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection: write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, the CNIL if you are in France.
